  • You have used a VPN or Proxy program like Zenmate, NordVPN or Opera VPN, masking your true IP address. Please disable any such programs, including mobile apps like mobile expressions, opinion square, Nielsen application, or PC software acting as a proxy/VPN. Locate and uninstall the offending software or app.
  • Your IP location does not match your registered zip or postal code. Some mobile data plans may ping you at a different location.


34. What does mobile only survey mean?

I regret to inform you that at present, the transfer of SJ points to another member's account is not a feature available within our system. As of now, points earned within your account remain non-transferable to other members' accounts.
